Refund Policy

Effective date: March 28, 2026

1. Overview

Signature is a subscription-based SaaS platform. We want every customer to be confident in their decision to use the Service. If it's not the right fit, we offer a straightforward refund process.

2. Merchant of Record

All billing, payment processing, invoicing, and tax compliance for Signature are handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited). Paddle acts as the seller of record for all transactions. Your invoice and payment receipt will come from Paddle.

3. 30-Day Refund Window

If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial subscription purchase. This applies to first-time subscribers only.

After the 30-day window, subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you can either:

  • Email us directly at ethan@signature.rent with your account email and the reason for your request
  • Contact Paddle's support team through the receipt or invoice email you received at the time of purchase

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days and will be returned to the original payment method.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. When you cancel:

  • Your access to the Service continues until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused time within the current billing period

6. Module Changes

If you remove a module from your subscription (for example, removing Follow-Through while keeping Guidance), the change takes effect at the start of your next billing period. No refund is issued for the current period. If you add a module mid-cycle, the prorated charge will appear on your next invoice.

7. Free Audit Tool

The free call audit tool available on our website is provided at no charge. There is nothing to refund for this service.

8. Billing Inquiries

Since Paddle is the Merchant of Record, billing-related questions — including charges, invoices, payment methods, and tax receipts — can be directed to:

  • Paddle Support: Visit paddle.com or use the support link in your purchase receipt
  • Signature Support: Email us at ethan@signature.rent for any questions about your subscription or account

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that transaction.
