I spent years as a leasing consultant. I sat in on hundreds of calls, coached dozens of agents, and watched the same patterns play out over and over.
The best agents weren't just naturally talented — they followed a process. They asked the right discovery questions, handled objections with a framework, and always asked for the tour. They did these things consistently, on every single call.
The problem was that this process lived in their heads. When they left, the process left with them. The next agent started from scratch and invented their own approach. Some were great. Most were average. And managers had no way to know which was which until the numbers told them — weeks or months later.
Every tool I found worked around the agent. I wanted to build one that worked with them.
Chatbots replace agents. Call recording tools give you data after it's too late. CRMs track what happened but never help with what should happen next.
